The American-style grill cart features height-adjustable cooking, as the grill temperature can be adjusted by simply altering the height of the embers. Depending on how far the grate is from the embers, you can change the temperature at the food being grilled accordingly.

The two-piece grill enables you to close the grill area with the advantage that the heat cannot escape so easily upwards. The lid therefore passes the concentrated heat on the inside to the grilled food. Special ventilation openings ensure a balanced air circulation during the grilling process and prevent the coal from extinguishing when the lid is closed. The easy-to-handle lid also enables you to grill the food in the closed space, instead of placing it directly above the glowing coal. The integrated lid thermometer allows the barbecue chef to easily observe the temperature inside the grill to assess exactly when new fuel needs to be added so that the barbecue is long not over.
